About MoMA

The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in Midtown Manhattan is open daily from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, except for Saturdays when the working hours are 10:30 PM–7:00 PM. The museum is open from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the first Friday of the month.

Mind that Monday mornings from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM are reserved exclusively for museum members.

MoMA PS1 in Queens is open daily, except for Tuesday and Wednesday, from 12:00 to 6:00 PM. On Saturday, the museum is open from 12:00 to 8:00 PM.

Both locations are closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas. MoMA PS1 is also closed on New Year's Day.

The best time to visit the main location of the Museum of Modern Art and avoid the crowds is on Monday and Friday during off-peak times from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM. To visit MoMA PS1, choose Thursday and Friday from 12:00 to 2:00 PM.

Was a great tour with easy to understand navigation and stories. Only note is the recording for step 24 and 25 have been switched. The leopard info was on with the saber tooth tiger and visa versa. Just fyi
